Market Trend (3 Jun 13): SPLV $30.95

SPLV has made a move lower.  Furthermore, the ROC indicator has dropped below zero level signaling potential further weakness ahead.  We'll see if an all-out bull market resumes in stocks, or whether we'll now see a pullback or correction.
